Here we have some links to interesting Drascombe things or interesting Drascombe people.
BAJA PENINSULAR, MEXICO
Steve Kalinowski has one of our Drascombe Longboats. He lives in Montana but took the boat & family down to Baja, California for this trip. Left in the snow & arrived in stunning weather for a real Drascombe boating experience. How far South do we have to go?
BAJA PENINSULAR, MEXICO (AGAIN)
Take a look at this:
The National Outdoor Leadership School have a fleet of 16 Drascombe Longboats down there
DRASCOMBES ON VIDEO

Well worth a look.
DRASCOMBES IN PRINT
Ken Duxbury is a very accomplished water colour artist with a long Drascombe history.
You can see two of his paintings on our Drifter 22 page:
His Drascombe history began back in the 1970's when he explored Greece under sail in his Drascombe Lugger & wrote a book about it. The voyage home spawned a second book, then trips to the Scilly Isles & the Hebrides lead to a third book. They have been out of print for a while, but The Lugworm Chronicles are available once again. You ought to have a set.

Jaap also has other videos posted. The one showing his mast falling over was his fault, not ours!
